The Souss argan forest

Across the Souss plain, argan trees stretch as far as the eye can see. The fruit falls by itself in summer: women gather it, crack it and take out the kernels by hand, a skill passed from mother to daughter. The kernels are then cold-pressed into a pure oil, which our workshop in Rabat turns into oils, creams and soaps.
