Almond Amlou

Amlou is a speciality of southern Morocco. Served as a spread, it is a blend of argan oil, pure Souss herb honey and crushed beldi almonds. Strengthening and delicious, it is ideal for breakfast or an afternoon snack. It is served in the morning with bread and also goes with all kinds of pastries.
